The Ozone XP string features a hexagonal profile to increase spin and ball control, and to enable aggressive players to generate spin more easily whilst maintaining a soft feel and good power. Compared to round strings, which generally favour a flatter, more penetrating trajectory, the hexagonal geometry of the Ozone XP creates increased friction between the string and the ball. This allows the string to hold the ball for longer at impact, producing a more pronounced spin response and a consistent bounce off the stringbed.
